SHIPPING

Orders made at PrideInLife.com typically ship within 1 Business day of the order being placed.

RETURN POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase at PrideInLife.com, the item(s) can be returned or exchanged within 60 days from date of purchase. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs pertaining to returns, exchanges or refunds.

Please include the original packing slip, write “Return” on the packing slip and specify what items are being returned. Please be advised that refunds will be calculated using any promotion for discount that was used during the original purchase excluding shipping.

This return policy is only applicable to items purchased through the Pride In Life website, PrideInLife.com. We are unable to accept returns for purchases made from another retailer.

DAMAGED, INCORRECT OR LOST ITEMS

PrideInLife.com makes every effort possible to safely secure and ship each order, but on the rare occasion, it can be damaged during transit. If you feel your order was damaged during delivery, please report it immediately to our Pride In Life Customer Service team. Please DO NOT dispose of any damaged product or packaging until you have contacted the Pride in Life Customer Service team for instructions, as we may require return of the damaged product.

In the untimely event that you receive the incorrect item, please e-mail or call our Customer Service team and we will work quickly to rectify the issue.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise.
